First Penance is received by those children who are preparing to receive their First Holy Communion. Preparation for First Penance is done in 2nd Grade or through the RCIC (Rite of Christian Initiation for Children) program. First Penance is traditionally held on the first Saturday of February.

The First Holy Communion Handbook provides details about the requirements necessary to receive the Sacrament of Penance.

The First Penance Retreat for 2025 is Saturday, January 25, one parent should plan to attend.

First Penance is Saturday, February 1, 2025, 10 am.

First Friday: after the 9 am Mass
